Meet Betty

The person this
whole thing is for.

Betty was Kristen's grandmama. Coffee was her favorite part of every day — a cup before golf every morning, and the only thing she'd order (besides the occasional Diet Coke) on lunch dates with friends. When Kristen was a baby, Betty would take her to Stanley's Drug Store in Hampton, South Carolina, and sneak spoonfuls of coffee into her mouth. Mom said no. Betty didn't listen.

Betty passed away from Alzheimer's in 2022. No matter how much that disease changed her, it never changed her love for coffee. Cafe Betty's exists completely in remembrance of her — a way to honor her, share that love, and serve the best drinks we possibly can.

the two baristas behind Cafe Betty's.

Partners in life and in this business. We settled near Lutz a few years ago after buying our home and noticed there was basically zero coffee scene — unless you count a couple of Starbucks. Somewhere along the way came the moment: wait… our coffee is actually good. Like, really really good.

So we tested, tasted, changed and perfected recipes until what we serve isn't just good — it's reallyyy good. Every detail matters to us. Coffee brings people together, and we wanted to make a place where everyone can feel at home. That place turned out to have wheels.

Coconut Cold Brew
Cold brew steeped with coconut shavings, coconut & oat milk, lightly sweetened with agave.
The Vitality
Double espresso with whole milk, butter, collagen, honey & maca, dusted with cinnamon and flaky sea salt. 20 g protein.
Blackberry Dry Iced Americano
Washington-style: two shots over ice, white chocolate, blackberry purée and a heavy splash of half & half.
Marbled Mocha
Two shots over a blend of Hollander white & dark chocolate sauce, your choice of milk.

Soft, gooey and baked perfectly — topped with a thick layer of our homemade frosting.

Betty's homemade
banana pudding.

Layers of rich vanilla pudding, sliced bananas and soft Nilla wafers, topped with homemade whipped cream. A heaping scoop also goes on the Banana Pudding Latte.
